Wirraka Maya’s Corporate Services team provides the systems and support that enable our health, wellbeing and community programs to operate effectively. While much of this work happens behind the scenes, Corporate Services plays a vital role in ensuring services are accessible, well‑coordinated and delivered in line with strong governance and community expectations.
The team supports day‑to‑day operations across the organisation helping ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for clients and families. Corporate Services also supports health promotion and community programs through coordination, logistics and communications, allowing frontline teams to focus on community engagement and care delivery.
Corporate Services includes Human Resources and Finance, supporting recruitment, onboarding, workforce wellbeing, payroll, budgeting and financial reporting. Strong people and financial systems help build workforce stability and ensure resources are managed responsibly to support sustainable service delivery.
Governance, quality, compliance and work health and safety functions also sit within Corporate Services. These teams support accreditation, risk management and continuous improvement, helping ensure services remain safe, accountable and community‑led.
