Outreach Map
Wirraka Maya provides outreach to communities around the Hedland area, delivering weekly support across our region. Our Primary Health team visits Warralong and Strelley, providing health checks, vaccinations, medication distribution, chronic disease management, and follow-up care.
Our Social & Emotional Wellbeing team also delivers outreach services to Yandeyarra and Marble Bar, ensuring remote communities have access to culturally appropriate mental health and wellbeing support.
